Beauty and the Beast 2017 - My review

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love this movie, flaws and all. I may be a little biased because the classic Beauty and the Beast has been one of my favorite Disney movies for a long time. It resonates with me on a deeper emotional level than most movies do, as I discussed in my previous entry. So naturally, I was excited to see the live-action version, and I was not disappointed.
I'll start with the casting.

(Disclaimer: This really isn't a review, as I discuss some personal things in relation to the movie. Here's a more objective review if you'd rather not read about my personal life.)
I watched the new Beauty and the Beast on Google Play as soon as it was available to rent. It's a good thing I didn't see it in the theater, where there would have been lots of people around to watch me cry my eyes out.
You guys, this movie TOTALLY WRECKED ME...but in a good way.
Everything was fine until the ballroom scene. I could feel the tears coming when they started dancing and Belle's dress was swishing around the room so wonderfully. I
